Brian J. Meli is an attorney specializing in intellectual property, technology, advertising and media law. He advises marketing communications and media professionals on legal risk management and regulatory compliance strategies, as well asservlet4 on the acquisition, protection and transfer of intellectual property rights.

He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in Intellectual Property from the University of New Hampshire School of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), and degrees in communication and business from Marquette University

Brian has spent over a decade working at New York marketing communications companies, and has served as in-house counsel to one of Inc. 500’s fastest growing private advertising and marketing agencies. 

He is a member of the bars of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
